Yes. The diagnostic audit is asynchronous and location-independent. Live training sessions can be delivered in-person at your offices, at our Sherbrooke facility, or via a hybrid format. We have run cohorts spanning four continents without compromising exercise fidelity.
Our ideal cohort is between six and fourteen participants. Smaller groups allow for deeper diagnostic precision; larger groups introduce richer group-dynamic data. We have accommodated teams as small as three (for succession-focused work) and as large as twenty-two.
Individual-level results are never shared with the organization without the participant's explicit written consent. The sponsoring executive receives aggregate patterns and team-level findings. This firewall is non-negotiable — candid participation depends on it.
Engagements typically range from $28,000 to $95,000 CAD depending on cohort size, track selection, and whether in-person delivery involves travel. The diagnostic briefing alone — which some clients find transformative on its own — is available as a standalone deliverable starting at $8,500 CAD.
